What if I want you to decorate something that isn't listed here?
Of course! We have access to hundreds of different brands, but to keep things simple we only feature the most popular, USA made options on our site. Please send us an email at sales@sfemb.com with what you are searching for so we can source it for you!
What kind of art file do you need?Vector files are preferred for highest quality print. Prefered file formats are: .EPS, .AI, or .PDF. If you do not have vector format graphics, most of the time we can use an image if it is 300 DPI high resolution. We cannot start your order until usable artwork is received. For more information, please see our Artwork Requirements.
When will I recieve my order?Standard turn around and transit time varies between different products. Please contact us for lead times on specific products.
How much will shipping cost?
Please contact us to get a shipping quote for your order. We will do our best to provide you an accurate quote, however, they are estimates only, and may change based on time of shipping. Actual shipping costs will be calculated at time of shipping and will be added when order is invoiced.
